so i drove back to san diego for some major work on my knee

i went in for cartilage clean up, but ended up getting some micro fracture situation
patrick drove me around. thanks patrick!
this thing moved my leg up and down for a week. the doctor said my knee was so jacked when he got in there that he had to do two procedures: clean the cartilage, and then a surprise micro fracture thing that is supposed to promote bleeding and regeneration. ugggghhhhhh
beth rented a wheelchair for me one day
